AI Connectors started with a simple observation: every service business owner we talked to was losing real money to missed calls, and almost none of them had a practical, affordable fix.
Live answering services are expensive and only deliver messages. Hiring a night dispatcher is a $40K+/year commitment. Cheap DIY AI tools require hours of technical configuration that small business owners don't have time for. And the "enterprise" AI receptionist platforms are priced for businesses with much bigger budgets than a typical HVAC contractor or dental practice.
