Are there per-minute charges?
No. There are no per-minute fees. Each plan includes a set number of unique callers per month: 100 on Starter and 300 on Professional. Past that, additional unique callers are $1.00 each on Starter and $0.75 each on Professional. Enterprise includes unlimited unique callers with no overage.
Why is there a setup fee?
The setup fee covers our time to properly configure the system for your business. This isn't a plug-and-play template. We customize the voice, set up your Calendly booking, set up your intake questions and number forwarding, and test it. Skipping that work would mean a worse product.
What does the setup include?
A 30-minute discovery call, voice personality configuration, Calendly booking setup, intake and triage questions for your industry, number forwarding setup, test calls, a 30-minute staff training session, and 14 days of post-launch support.

Starter is designed for smaller practices and works well if you get around 100 unique callers a month or fewer. Professional fits higher call volume and adds a personalized greeting and priority email support. Enterprise is for the highest volume and fully custom needs.
